Snacking: Potatoe wedges with lemon dip

My all-time favorite for a quick and veggie dinner. And to be fair – I often eat it directly out the pan as it is sooo delicious and just have a side salad.

Therefore I cut some potatoes in wedges and put them in the omnia oven. I add two TBSP of oil and roar sea salt and mix it properly. I put that on medium heat for about 40 minutes until the wedges become crispy. Stir them from time to time.

In the meantime I prepare the side salad of my choice and the dip. Therefore I take 5 TBSP of creme fraiche and add 1 TBSP of honey, 1 TBSP of mustard and some salt. Done!

If you don’t have an omnia oven you might use your normal oven or even a pan! If you are using a pan I would recommend you to out in the raw wedges and fill it up with water until the bottom is properly covered. Let it boil until the water is gone and add the oil and salt afterwards. Fry them until they are crispy.
